Step 05 · Your goals

Let's talk about your goals

The Spark

What made you decide to start now? Was there a specific moment or feeling?

The Vision

If the next 28 days go really well, what does that look like for you?

The Deeper Why

Why does that goal matter to you personally?

Step 06 · Your baseline

We don't guess. We measure.

So your progress is real and trackable.

InBody Scan

Measures muscle, fat and hydration. Your objective starting point.

PAR-Q & Injury Screening

Identifies any precautions or medical history. Safety first, always.

Step 07 · Your InBody

The numbers that actually matter

Weight

Total body weight. On its own, the number tells us very little.

Skeletal Muscle Mass

Muscle attached to your bones. The engine of your metabolism.

Body Fat Mass

Total fat in the body, both essential and excess.

Body Fat %

The proportion of your body that is fat. A more meaningful health marker than weight alone.

Step 08 · Reading your scan

The C‑I‑D curves

Connect the tips of the Weight, SMM and BFM bars. The shape tells the story.

C Curve

SMM bar is shorter: higher body fat relative to muscle.

Goal Decrease fat, build muscle.

I Curve

All bars roughly aligned: balanced.

Goal Maintain and stay consistent.

D Curve

SMM bar is longest: the ideal athletic shape.

Goal Maintain and optimise.

Step 09 · Remember

Your starting point. Not your identity.

This scan is a baseline, not a verdict. We'll retest at the end of your 28 days to measure real, objective change in muscle and fat, not just the number on the scale.

What the scale can't tell you

  • How much stronger you've become
  • How you're sleeping
  • How you feel walking up the stairs

Step 10 · The principles

That drive results

80%

Training intensity

Balanced, consistent sessions. Not too much, not too little.

3L

Hydration

One of the most underrated recovery tools you already have access to.

8h

Sleep

The other recovery tool most people underestimate. Prioritise it.

28

Days of consistency

The single biggest driver of results. Show up, and the rest follows.
